After multiple contacts w/ driver and owner, driver FINALLY admitted limo was broke down and would not be there. We initiated every call but one and the company led us to believe they were "running a little late". Very poor communication skills and when we called to voice our concerns with owner about our problems he became very aggressive and told us to "shut up". I defintely did not bargain to recieve the type of treatment the owner of the company dished out.
