I have stay in this hotel before and noticed the floors were in bad shape and to me that says alot about a hotel. They obviously had the floors cleaned and they look great. Very friendly staff and clean rooms, close to airport, which is a must for a traveler like myself. I recommend this hotel to all. The domed lobby was very impressive, and the decor was very bright. Of course it was close to the airport. The hotel shuttle runs every 15 minutes 24/7. I was particularly happy with the stay and fly option. You can valet park your automobile, and pick it up when you return, up to five days later. You save an average of $15 per day on long-term parking. I stayed there the last two nights, and last night, four suv/trucks were broken into, windows bashed in and stuff stolen. I lost my stereo and drivers side window. this place did get 4 stars because it is a very nice place, well kept and the staff was very accommodating for this fiasco. they helped us all out and got us in contact with the police, and auto glass companies. thr

Helpful, friendly, courteous service. No problem getting in touch when travel details change. All in all, really hard to beat. Highly recommended! The pictures show a suite, so don't be fooled, but the area is nice except for I-35 contruction. Roy's Taxi Incorporated (Ver página) Dirección: 90 East Ave. Austin, Texas Teléfono: (512) 434-7724 First off, on any given weekend night it might take longer than normal, from any cab company to get to your location, expect it; and if you are upset, then maybe you should have planned your day better. That is just the way it works, busy is busy; period. Plan ahead and their won't be a problem. I have had nothing but perfect response time with Roy's taxi. 15 minutes is usually the minimum and I have had less than that on numerous occasions. Thank you Roy's taxi.
