The two items that prompted me to write this review are the rental car facility and security checkpoint. The rental car facility is actually nice - if you can find it. I was driving in at 4:00 a.m. The signs directing you to the rental car return are small, hard to read and not very obvious. The security checkpoint is down a small flight of stair with little to nowhere to form a line except back into the ticketing area. Not well laid out. However, the room lacked amenities, such as a hair dryer. Also, there was only one chair in the room so if you wanted to read or relax, other than lying down, it was difficult if there was more than one person in the room. I left one day early and the hotel charged me for the additional day even though the evening staff when I checked in stated I would not be charged for additional days if I checked out prior to 11:00 a.m. We had to run the water a very long time b

We wanted someplace nice, near the local metro station(RTA). We really enjoyed this gem of a motel;it was extremely clean and quiet,the continental breakfast was terrific (between 6-9 a.m.)and they had a shuttle van to and from the airport!The people at the front desk were friendly..if you need to go to Cleveland, stay at this hotel-no pool, but who goes to Cleveland to swim??!!This soccer mom a
