Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and you can't beat the price. Pillows were a bit hard, but the bed was very nice. Towels were huge, our room was spacious and the handicapped room for our friends was laid out very well. Would definitely stay here again. Hall of Fame Cafe -- located adjacent to the parking lot -- is a decent place to eat.. The only person that greeted us kindly was the cook at the breakfast bar which costs $8.

Louisville, Kentucky Teléfono: (502) 366-8100 Anywhere I go I usually stay at the Hampton Inn. I expected the same great customer service at the Louisville Airport Hampton that I get everywhere else. However, upon arrival the front desk people were very sullen and unwelcoming. The beds, (both beds) had sheets that were wrinkled and when the sheets were turned down one bed had what looked like chocolate on the sheets that had been there for a while. The customer service may be delightful and helpful when you walk in, but it's a whole different story when you see the rooms. Aside from being difficult to get to, unless you do an illegal left at the light, the hotel itself looks obviously older. We got two twin rooms. The first room we went into look alright. It "seemed" clean. But, when we went to take a shower, you had to keep pulling the tub stopper up or it would fill up with water.
