My husband, daughter, son and I stayed at the
Hilton Garden Inn, Albany Airport this past
weekend and had a great time. The front desk
person was pleasant. We had 2 rooms. One had a 2
double beds and 1 had a king size bed. Each room
was very clean. The beds were comfortable and you
could change the firmness. The pool was a little
too small for our liking and they had no chairs to
sit if you wanted to. My husband had a broken
ankle so there was no where for him to sit. The

This place is better than the rest! They are more
prompt and courteous than the other local
companies, have a large fleet, and make sure you
get picked up. I use them mainly to get to doctor
appointments, to work (especially if the weather
is bad), and every time they have arrived.
Sometimes they come late but that is not the norm.
Best of all their rates are reasonable!

Funny that a previous review I wrote about this
hotel is absent from this site. In Sept, 2007, I
stayed at this hotel. I called the hotel from the
airport to access the free shuttle. The hotel is a
mile from the Albany, NY airport. The shuttle
driver still had not come after 20 minutes. I
called, again. This time, I spoke with a young
man, and I noted this was my second call. The
shuttle driver was at the airport in 5 minutes.
