There is no service person what so ever in the facility after 5 pm or before 10 am. Checking in after 5 pm was a hazzle, the phone numbers left on the office window transferred to voice mail after voice mail without any answer from alive person to tell you what to do or how to get the key to your room. Current remodeling (Jan 07)will really make this place even better.
