The pull out sofa was half way open and broken, would not close or open. The bathtub was stained and rusted. The sink in the washroom had a hole beside the drain. We were taken to the 2nd room that took us 20 minutes to walk to. Once we got there, the window was not secure and broken. The pipes were exposed and running throughout the room. The Red Roof Inn delivered. While the room was small, maybe Cozy is a politer way to put it, it was most importantly, clean. The distance to the airport was close, yet not so close that your heard jets all night. We requested a room towards the back of the hotel to avoid noise from the nearby highway. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was shocked to learn that I was speaking to one! Extremely abbrasive and inappropriate behaviour for a company who's business is customer relations.
