Their biggest problem is, there arent enough check in points. The lines can get extremely long, even in the off seasons. Its not as hectic, confusing, and fast paced as some other air ports. But the long lines can cut you close to catching your flight. One nice thing they have, that i've noticed some other airports dont, is the shopping and dining areas are not past security. I traveled here for 2 weeks from San Francisco CA. I was checked in by a Guest Service Representative name Tina. She was very helpful in giving me information on the best local restaurants and shopping areas. For the most part the Hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and they go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay. I would recommend anyone to lodge at this hotel.
