The driver was 45 minutes late and we had to walk a mile to find him. To top it off we where downtown at midnight walking around stranded. Also the stupid retard fell asleep at least 3 times at the wheel on the way home. I brought all this to the management's attention and all they did was say they were sorry and said they were firing the driver.
