Our beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Unable to get enough rest. We used this place because of convenience to airport, due to a 5 am flight. Staff was very accomadating for comfort of NON-smoking people in a smoking room. Except if this happens again, I would ask for clean towels to be brought in, the ones that were in the room had picked up the tobacco smell from the carpet and smelled worse after the humidity of the shower. Once, even though it was a time call for pick up, the driver got lost (finding a sorority house at IWU???) and was over an hour late. She nearly missed her train. The last time she used them they kept her waiting in the cold for over 30 minutes. I tried to call to find out where they were and what was taking so long as they had told her to wait outside because the cab was on it's way. Someone na
