Well kept, clean, helpful staff and maintanance,
clean laundry rooms, water,trash and sewage paid,
cats and small dogs on approval. Central heat/air.
My only complaint is no dishwasher and no covered
parking but that's not really a big deal. A Nice
place to live.

all other privately own 5 plex are run down. This
is at the end of the cul-de-sac. Heated pool yr
round, long term residents, next to great schools,
plus good management team. Large 1 bedroom. Love
the two walk in closet!

It is a terrible place to live; incessant noises
and extremely inconsiderate neighbors living
upstairs AND downstairs, both of whom you can AND
will hear, including their loud TVs, music
players, phones, and etc. To make matters
worse, there are few things the management is
willing to do to correct the problems.
Moreover, the toilet gets backed up literally
several times a week??? Once again, it is
indeed an awful place to live.
