The office staff and maitenance people are always at your becon call and extremely pleasant! I lived in an upstairs 2bdrm garden apartment and I felt as though I'd moved into a small house! Never did I feel cramped for space. One good thing about this older apartment complex is that builders took the time to install installation. I rarely, if ever, heard any noise from my neighbors. I can't imagine a better value in apartment living. The buildings are old (approximately 30 years) and in disrepair. The new owners have put a lot of time and effort in trying to get it all fixed, but the years of neglect are showing... I have lived in my Regent Park apartment for over 2 years now. It is spacious, but outdated. I am on the 3rd floor and the summers are horrible. The fireplace set the mood for the room and made it very relaxing and cozy. The service was great as was the complimentary breakfast.

Louisville, Kentucky Teléfono: (502) 893-5632 I can't say enough nice about the management at the apartment. We evacuated after Katrina and they were great. The indoor/outdoor pool is wonderful as well as the racquet courts. I really reccomend this place
