The staff treated people badly and were very rude, and allowed contractors to steal from residents. Management was not concerned with anyones situations, no matter what it was. Even the military members living here were not immune to the theft and threats of getting their stuff thrown into the streets while they were off serving after Katrina. Gates don't work. Pool still not open, can't say when will open. Fitness center also not open (all of these things they do not tell you when you sign your lease & one of the factors in our choosing Carlyle) Say they will fix the gates, but if you look at Carlyle ratings on other websites, the gates have not worked in years. Mold everywhere. And on certain surfaces you are not allowed to do anything yourself, but do you think they have done anything? No. The

I called maintance and they came cut a hole in my wall and left. For the past 2 years I have called and called to get them to fix the wall. Then in March of 2006 the carpet in front of the washing machine was soaked. I called maintance yet again, they came out said that the apartment behind my was leaking from the washing machine.
