I went to try to get an apartment with my buddy and they said the only way we could move in is if he didnt make any money at all because i made over $20,000 myself. Doesn't the Government say $20,000 is poverty level and this place is a low income apartment! They pretty much told me I made too much money to live there what kind of b.s is that. Oh well i guess... |

They also require one month rent for deposit, as well as, one month rent for pet deposit. Not sure that the apartment was cleaned before moving in as there was urine in the toilet, stains on the carpet, and no window treatment in the spare bedroom.
