The landlords have the personality of a wet mop
and are very unhelpful and plain rude. they
advertise free wireless internet. They forget to
mention that half the time it diesn not work. When
i confronted them about the problem they told me
to invest in a ethernet cord, that made it worse.
Everyone else i have talked to in the complex has
the same problems... Over priced for the space you
get

The Grove Apartments are not "elegant" like stated
in the apartment listing. We moved out here from
North Carolina. Our experience was bad before we
even arrived in Peoria. We had been previously
approved over the phone, the night before we were
to leave for IL they called to say we were
disapproved. So we came out here knowing we had no
where to live but having to come because of job
obligations. The Grove finally rented to us after
hearing from the people that brought us out here
for work. Si

I rented at haymeadow apartments for 3 years. I
always paid rent on time or early. I did not have
hot water 3 times, had apartment flood 2 times.
Finally after being fed up with several owners,
poor maintanance, and very poor snow removal, i
moved out. Before i was even finished moving out,
somebody from there decided to clean off my patio,
and throw out my things, neat. Then i have been
trying to get my deposit back for almost 60 days.
I can not get any answers, and they just blow me
off. This
