The apartments are nice and big, the north view from building 1910 is splendid. Hallways and laundry rooms are kept clean and in good repair. Owners changed about halfway in for me, and things have gone downhill as far as repairs in the apartments themselves. The exterior looks tons better though, and noisy tenants are quickly booted if they become a nuisance to others. My roommate without my permission allowed her brother to move in. I tried multiple times to get both her and the Moriarty company to remove him from the apartment. His own sister said that he was a 'druggie' and couldn't hold a job to save his life. I tried to get them to take care of it for 3 months before I moved out and filled out the appropriate paperwork.
