The buildings are old (approximately 30 years) and in disrepair. The new owners have put a lot of time and effort in trying to get it all fixed, but the years of neglect are showing... I have lived in my Regent Park apartment for over 2 years now. It is spacious, but outdated. I am on the 3rd floor and the summers are horrible. The indoor/outdoor pool is wonderful as well as the racquet courts. I really reccomend this place
