My husband and I have been here for 7 months now.
We absolutely love it here. We do have an
occassional ant problem, but as long as there
aren't roaches I am good. We feel very safe here
and there have been no unpleasant ordeals of any
kind. I can only hope rent doesn't go up too high
when time comes to renew the lease!

This place is a great place to live, especially
for students. It's exceedingly affordable,
relatively quiet, disgustingly convienient
(everything you could ever want is well within
walking distance), and very easy to get to and
from. Granted, it does look a little shady on the
outside when you first see it, but I lived here
for two years, and never had a single problem. I
loved this place!

I stayed here a year while in school. Other than
the parking situation it was cool. Very small
apartments, so don't think of starting a family
there. It's a really great location, your within
walking distance of everything. (Fox Theatre, CVS,
Quiznos, Barnes & Nobles, Starbuck, etc.) Great
for college students and recent grads.

that they knew they needed in Feb has still not

Monroe Place Apartments is an wonderful place to
live! it is conveniently located near 85 South/85
North and Georgia 400. There are several
restaurants located in the area and it's only a 3
minute drive to Ansley Mall where you will find a
Publix and a Kroger!
