I am in love with this neighborhood. It's a great
place to live. Quiet most of the time. Everyone
pretty much keeps to themselves. Parking is the
only issue I have with the place. Each tenant gets
one assigned space... but if you have more than
one car, you have to find a spot in the guest
lot...and sometimes at midnight, there's no place
for you to park. Overall, they are friendly.
Maintenance is prompt. Manager is wonderful.

You will be treated with respect by the owner and
the manager of the apartment building. However,
the building is older it does have character. The
apartments have a front and back door where most
apartments do not. The downfall of the apartments
are that the bathrooms are located in the bedroom.
So, this means that your guest must walk through
the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Maintenance is
never the best but they are helpful if you ask and
stay on them to repair anything for you. This

I have been here a little over a year its not that
bad in the summer time ants are every where. The
grounds are always dirty it seems as though they
never clean it. And Landlady is mean and doesnt
understand that kids do make messes. But with
parking and neighboors I have had nothing but good
luck. Its not that bad if you dont mind the office
ppl coming in and saying that your apt is dirty
and that they are going to kick you out because
you kids toys are every where. And I have never
