i stopped in to these apartments on a recent
search and the people were extremely friendly. my
fiance and I were looking at a 2 bedroom apartment
and the price was exceptionally cheap. it was
about 950 and the nice woman was telling us we
could probably get one for as low as 900/month if
she talked to her manager. i loved the place...the
only problem was that they don't take dogs. we
relocated to marlboro in a very similar apartment
that took dogs. it looks pretty much identical to
these...excep

Imperial Villiage is the most awful place I had
ever lived, the apartments in overall are alright.
Unforunately, the management are rude and have no
knowledge in running a good and sucussful
apartment complex. They have the highest turnover
on residents leaving there complex, of poor
management and customer service. In addittion, to
residents leaving and they can't afford to pay
there rent, they raise our rent and deposit up, to
cover the cost of vacancies in there complex.

I and my husband live in the basement unit. This
place has pros and cons like any other apartment
complex. Pros are, good neighbors, clean
environment and good open spaces. The cons are
squeaky floors, the walls are so flimsy...you can
hear your neighbour's activities. Smell smoke in
restrooms. Visitors is summer...beetles, bugs,
flies and insects never seen before. Visitors
during winter...mice, who would like to bring
their friends and have a cozy party. Basement
units are a BIG MISTAKE. If
