these are really nice townhouses. there is a new
property manager and things have greatly improved.
new units are freshly painted with new carpeting
and many new appliances. price is pretty
affordable. the property is really great--ponds,
lots of trees, streams, basketball and tennis
courts. Great place to live.

I loved the apartment itself but we had disgusting
neighbors. We had an infestation of bugs and the
apartment complex management refused to believe
us. After my room mate and I were treated for
impetigo, they finally agreed to "look at it"
Maintenance was TERRIBLE!!! Most problems we just
tried to fix ourselves because we knew otherwise
it wouldn't get done.The office manager at the
time was awful but I've heard that things have
changed under new managers.. I did love the
