First of all they are old and the apartments that they show as models are nothing what they rent to you. Alot of work needs to be done on these apartments and then the rent continues to go up. Calling the office and the maintenance people is like calling no one because it usually takes a good week or more to get anything done. Don't make the same mistake and rent from Westbrook.
