Prety nice place to live. Have swimming pools and
the rent is very afordable. Another good thing is
that it's a month to month rent so you're not
stuck there forever if you don't like the place.
Definately go for the remodled apartments if you
can. It's pretty quiet out there also. Definately
check it out.

people you might have mentally ill people cleaning
and living all round you.this is not a good place
to live.this place too is a joke.

this place is not a good place.. especially for
people like people who got hired at aeroframe.. i
was looking for a cheap place to stay thinking
this was it.. there are too many kids at night
walking around.. my friends truck got stolen. my
gf gets harrased. now if your white like i am we
dnt fit in this neighborhood. there are some
respectable people but most of them are racist..
the crime rate is very high.. the gates dnt work
so they allow any felon or rapoist to come in..

oh my, thinking of moving in at Village Filthy?
you WILL save money on soap. even though the water
is free, it isn't available all the time. you can
be in the middle of washing dishes or a shower and
without any notice it's off for hours. you won't
really be needing garbage bags either. The grounds
are so littered, that nobody will notice or care
that you heeped your garbage right out of your
frontrroom window. Hope noise doesn't put a kink
in your day. You aren't a day sleeper, are you?

By: Carrie The new manager Gina is a horrible
manager and is not proffesional at all. She does
not fix anything when you ask her too. She talks
to people in a very rude manner and thinks it is
ok. She will find any excuse to keep your deposit,
even go as far as to blame things on you that are
her fault (which you have been trying to get her
to fix). Do NOT live here as long as she is in the
management position. It will be a big mistake when
it comes time to move out. Her attitude is
inexcusable
