I lived there for 4 years and wasn't entirely
unhappy but became increasingly that way over the
last year. Managment does leave a lot to be
desired as he pretty much is letting anyone in.
The parking is HORRIBLE! If I got home from work
even a little late there was no way I was going to
get a parking spot anywhere close to my building.
I lived on the bottom floor and my electric bills
were absolutely outrageous during the winter. But
I did enjoy the pool and the apartment was just
the right size

Location ! Location ! Location ! The staff and
management are certainly attentive, friendly and
willing to attend to your every need. New
Ownership and management has shown great
improvements! Clean and comfortable. The Managers
reception is inclusive of the rate ( lite dinner,
wine, beer, soda's and juices ) Great idea. It's
home away from home... I wouldn't stay anywhere
else!

Maintenance workers come into apartments without
notice weather your in the apartment or not. Our
apartment leaked, and had several issues with the
electrical outlets in the walls, some quit working
randomly. The outlets throughout the apt. are
controlled with the light switch which would
usually control the overhead lighting. The water
was hot only about once a week.
