This is a very well-maintained & clean, bug free
building with a pristine, clear blue, sparkling
pool directly in the middle of the courtyard with
covered, gated, underground, secure parking for
each unit. I personally resided here for over 1
year and found the building Manager Edna Smith to
be one of the most friendly, genuine, loving and
kindest people I ever met. They are extremely
picky about who they rent an apartment to though
and will check your credit. They do not accept any
Section 8 or

I live here and it is the best place to live. It
is calm and quiet. The best thing is for any
emergency the California Hospital is located right
in front of us. The manager Jose and Lily Carrillo
are the best. They are nice and freindly and try
to help you in anyway they can. USC is like 5
minutes away from here with car and 15 on feet or
bike.

I loved my stay.The location was really close to
the Farmer's Market. My apartment had a great view
of the city and I loved that one price included
everything. I'm definitely recommending friends to
