We have lived all over the U.S. and have never
found a place that we love as much as the Emery
Center. First of all the Management is great,
never had better. The apartments have a lot style
and class. Huge floor plans, new appliances, wood
floors in most units, title in Kitchen and Bath,
beautiful cabinets, cool light fixtures, really
high ceilings(I think 14ft), massive windows with
great views. They defiantly paid attention to all
the little details and it really makes a
difference. The build

This complex is very clean and well taken care of.
The set up of the apartments is very unique and
convenient! I'd recomend living there to anybody,
especialy college students(its walking distance to
UC)

The rooms are big but old. The linen is like years
old, drinking glasses are not clean. The
neighborhood is bad, real bad. The hotel vending
machines don't work, so if u get hungry after 9pm,
God Help you; coz the staff would not. They care
less.... They advise you to go out n find a store
for urself.... Awful awful place... Not
recommended at all....
