It's safe and convenient. There's a lot of hispanic families and it's got the mellow feel of Mexico without the inconveniences. It's off the commercial streets and backed by a little bayou with some trees. Folks call it a bayou but it's really man-made. It's right on the border between Cloverleaf and Woodforest. The apartment people will try to get over on you. They try to make you pay more money than you should they try to add in more money into your rent than you should pay and the owner is very rude. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else.
