i have been living in victory crossings for about
a year and decided to renew my lease for another
year. roaches? i havent seen any since i've been
living here mybe the person who seen roaches in
there apartment brought them with them.maintenance
is always available, its convient to ft.benning.
it takes me 8-10min to get there, very spacious,
and affordable.

Lived here from 2004-05 and it was fairly quiet,
nice neighborhood. Management was great and so was
the staff but when it was my move-in day the
apartment promised to me wasn't ready and they
wanted to move me into another one but I didn't
like it so they helped me move my stuff into the
promised apartment when it was ready. This isn't
gated and I think they have security on partol but
I didn't feel very secure in the area so we didn't
go back in 2006.

The property manager during 1/2007-7/2007 is so
unprofessional and lazy!! I was in apartment
there for 1 1/2 months that started having a small
leak in my bedroom in the closet and it wasn't
fixed until the leak speaded to the 2nd bedroom
closet and 1/2 of my bedroom was SOAKED!!
Needless to say I had MILDEW and MOLD in my
bedroom which was unsafe for me to sleep in and
when I asked the property manager to replace the
carpet, so said "no" and expected that months
rent! I moved out and now
