I am middle-aged (55 or over). The manager ("by law") could not reveal if there were any residents in my age group when I applied for an apartment. I am referred to as "the baby". For the most part, it is relatively quiet. When I am not at work, I could be found sleeping without much disturbance. There are card games, bingo games, dinners, lunches, holiday festivities. It sounded like a nice quiet place, but shortly after moving in we started to notice all the problems. First of all, the staff in this place is for a lack of a better description is HORRIBLE. The office "manager" is a mess, loses your files and keys and has no business running an office. The rest of the staff is unprofessional and just as disorganized. They were repsonsive to the needs of our tenants as well as our ownership group. Management staff are rude and unprofessional. Look for another place to stay.

I only had one time I had to call for service on something and someone came right away. The staff was very friendly. Only one issue I have is that I moved out about 3 months ago and yet to get back my security deposit. I was told a month ago it was being processed. My apartment I moved out of before that (different complex but same owners) I received the deposit back in 6 weeks.
