area. Opposite of Walmart, Restaurants (applebee,
waffle house, ruby tuesday, etc), Martin's
pharmacy, Kmart and Kroger driving distance.
Pricing for a large efficiency is around $500, add
a little money and you'll get 1 bedroom. Decent
interior and manager. This place gets full really
quick...

these are really nice townhouses. there is a new
property manager and things have greatly improved.
new units are freshly painted with new carpeting
and many new appliances. price is pretty
affordable. the property is really great--ponds,
lots of trees, streams, basketball and tennis
courts. Great place to live.

The apartments could look muh better on the
outside and i was unable to get to look on the
inside of any of the apartments because the day
that i had an appt. to see them the guy was
running late. So, i moved onto some other
apartments! Maybe next time!!!
