DOG OWNERS: Apartment Mart is one of the few
rental companies in B/N who have apartments for
rent that don't have a weight restriction or huge
pet deposit required for dogs. The apartments are
on the "cozy" side, but the location is nice with
a pool and workout room.

Excel would often try to manipulate us with scare
tactics. All communications were carried out in a
threatening tone. It was a constant headache. When
there was damage to the common areas they would
charge all residents in the complex. Even though
we returned the apartment in very good condition
we barely got any of the deposit back. There were
always issues to deal with while living in this
complex. I am much happier now that I am renting
from Redbird. I???ve rented from five places and
