Hello, I am a resident at Kingsrow Apartments and
I LOVE it here! Everyone is so nice and the
property is always upkept, decorated and just so
friendly and inviting. Maintenance is Great here
as well. Best apartment community I've lived in -

Very clean and well kept apartments owned by the
large Management Company Davis Enterprises.
Maintenance is excellent, large clean pool, tennis
courts. Compared to other garden apartments in the
area, when you drive in here you see nice cars and
no shopping carts from the local stores sitting on
the property. Very inexpensive compared to the
others in this area that offer clean, safe and
affordable housing.

"The Pines" is nice and quiet the staff is
friendly..but Arborwood the complex in front is
what makes the pines look bad.. people that live
in arborwood their balconies and patios a complete
mess and alot of suspicious activities that make
the area look bad lets not mention the POTHOLES
that you have to dodge in the parking lot that
never get fixed and when its snow FORGET ABOUT IT.
