The indoor/outdoor pool is wonderful as well as the racquet courts. The buildings are old (approximately 30 years) and in disrepair. The new owners have put a lot of time and effort in trying to get it all fixed, but the years of neglect are showing... I have lived in my Regent Park apartment for over 2 years now. It is spacious, but outdated. I am on the 3rd floor and the summers are horrible. It gets around 82 degrees in our living room on hot days. The winters are no better. I have

The office staff and maitenance people are always at your becon call and extremely pleasant! I lived in an upstairs 2bdrm garden apartment and I felt as though I'd moved into a small house! Never did I feel cramped for space. One good thing about this older apartment complex is that builders took the time to install installation. I rarely, if ever, heard any noise from my neighbors. My apartment has had water leaks for years with no repairs. Parking structures drip paint on car.

Unfortunately, now as a tenant, when I got to the office the people working act like I am an interference and are not friendly. The lady charged me twice as much for my pet deposit as I was originally told and was very rude to me when I came in to pay it. I like the apartment, just not the people working here.
