Broken fridge and kitchen sink when we moved in still waiting to be fixed. Caretaker is a HUGE problem. Just recently we were left for almost a week with a broken toilet not being fixed (with them knowing it was COMPLETLEY unuseable) because we didn't report it the right way and I didn't leave my chain door unlocked to allow maintence people in while I was asleep with my 4 yr old and 4 week old at 8am.
