Although our 2-bedroom is getting a little small for us. The maintenance and staff are wonderful and the ground are kept up nicely...I have never seen better landscape. The only issue we had was that when we moved in, our apt. smelled horribly of smoke and we just NOW got the smell out (it's been almost a year). Other than that, our experience here at Archer's Pointe has been great! There were cigarette burns and M&Ms, and dead insects in the carpet. We asked them to clean it and a person came in with broom and dust pan to clean the carpet! We then had insect infestations, gas leaks, and high carbon monoxide levels, and had to really pester them to get any help. We will be glad when we can move out.
