My husband and I recently stayed 3 nights at The
Seneca. Great hotel, friendly, quick, and
efficient staff. Our room was basically an
apartment: large bedroom with a California King
bed; bathroom; seperate living room/dinig combo;
full kitchen; 2 walk-in closets. It felt homey,
and it was in a great location. All of this for
$85 a night (we were in the off-season though).
The restaurant downstairs is good for breakfast,
and the 200 Culb downstairs is nice for a drink
and some bar snacks a little

Just rented my 2nd apartment from these guys. Now
they have a website so you can search through what
is available instead of talking to someone. A few
of my friends used them this summer as well and
had good feedback. Honestly I hope they cause the
other apartment finders out of business since
they've been offering horrible service for so many
years. Watch out, now that there is another
choice.... uh oh!

These people are very unprofessional. I recent a
unit through them and they don't fix anything. You
are not allowed to even know who owns the
building. They never cash my rent checks until the
end of the month. They cashed my January, February
and March rent checks in March. I had to call the
city on them for substandard living conditions.
The attitudes are terrible. No customer service
ethics at all. I will NEVER rent a unit managed by
them again.

I have lived here for about 4 years & really like
it. The staff are really nice & maintenance is
always on top of things. The apartments are really
nice & very spacious with newer appliances. Lots
of parking, safe neighborhood. Excellent location
with gas stations, bus stops & 90 right down the
street.
