best deal in town. Rent is great and amenitites
are awesome. Walk-in closets, private balcony,
dishwasher, spacious rooms, on-site laundry,
jacuzzi, work out rooms, great security, and the
real bonus: UNDeRGROUND ASSIGNED PARKING AT NO
EXTRA COST TO YOU! This is a HUGE plus living
downtown. The office staff are nice and
accomodating; however, they assigned us incorrect
parking spaces twice and we had to hire a company
to haul our couch over the

Seeing as I am a college student and I have been
living at Entrada for 2 years now, I want to make
it a point that I love the apartment facility. Any
problems short of those caused by other tenants
are taken care of swiftly and the facility is
always kept clean. It is secure, when the garages
don't work at night there is a full time security
guard standing watch at the gate (I know its all
night because I used to work night hours and would
get home at hours varying from 11pm-3 and
sometimes 4am)

I lived in center City apartments for about 6
months. Let me stick to the facts. *Circuit
breakers tripped daily, although most times it was
repaired within 30 min. If you have major
appliances such as large TVs and Microwaves expect
problems. If it happens the building managers are
not home do not expect to get your power turned
back on right away, this did happen to me a few
times where I just went out for awhile and tried
back later. *the managment says they will pay
half your parking

I got a great place in pacific beach. i would
recommend SwiftRent to anyone. This really saved
me a lot of time with the online applications and
