Very nice apartment, I lived there for 6 years.
The apartments were incredibly spacious. I was
provided a subscription to the Kalamazoo Gazette
and I didn???t have to pay for heat. The grounds
were always kept clean and well kept. The ponds
that separated the apartment buildings were a
plus, it made sitting on my patio vary relaxing. I
could feed and watch the ducks sun bathing below.
There???s a washer and dryer in every apt., as
well as a dish washer. The rent rates were
reasonable.

My husband and I with our two children lived there
for little over two years and it was nice and
quiet. The management Pam and Frank are loving
Christian couple who works hard to keep that
complex clean and quiet. Great place to live and
with kids. The only problem is that it's a older
builder and could use some up dating.
