Wow....where do I start? The grounds are very
un-kept. Siding is falling off of most of the
buildings. The management is the epitome of
incompetent. Constantly fail to observe their
posted office hours. Maintenance takes 2-3 days to
respond to a problem...if the issue ever gets to
them. I had to make 3 trips down to the office to
report the same problem, each time the message
never got to maintenance. The apartments reek of
cigarette smoke. There are a lot of dysfunctional
families scattered thr

Absolutely horrible! My roof leaks, the front door
is broken, and there is a harvest gold stove in
the kitchen. Management won't fix anything. This
place hasn't been renovated since it was built. Do
not move here.
