And because the location is in Sunderland you'll be surrounded by GEORGEOUS mountains and a peaceful neighborhood. |

The apartment feels great at first, but that quickly changes. The parking lot floods with just a drizzle. If it rains for a few hours, you will be lucky if you can get your car out, that is if you can find a place to park your car. Management in general is awful, they are rude and unpleasant. They constantly loose checks and then give you notices of eviction. In the time I have been here, this has happened five times. The apartment itself was dirty and broken down. Th |
