Great open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Neighbors are friendly. It's near the railroad tracks, but you can hardly tell. Grounds well maintained, freshly painted outside. Only complaint is the apartment wasn't very clean when I moved in, also the walls were dirty and haven't been painted in 6 years, nail holes everywhere. I looked all over Hermiston for a descent apartment, this is it. (at a glance it appeared clean, until I opened drawers and looked under things) There was moldy food between the stove and cupboards. The refrigerator and all of the cupboards and drawers had crumbs in them. The windowsills (originally white) were black with dirt. There was beard stubble and hair in the bathroom sink. The kitchen sink had dried-up food stuck to the drain.
