Most of the neighbors are OK. Numerous pluses: Pets are Allowed, Attractive Residents, Exercise Facility, HOT leasing reps and a Majorly Hot Assistant Property Mgr in the Office, Pool, etc. If there is a need for service, they are quick to respond. The cabinets were ruined with water damage and never repaired. The doors had a horrible draft and needed replaced. They raised the rent to make changes that I NEVER SAW. It was horrible. The lady that worked in the office was NEVER there and nearly impossible to talk to. I DO NOT recommend. The lamps in the parking lot were constantly burnt out and it took forever to be fixed so the parking lot was dangerous at night because you could not see. The trash bins were
