I've been living at Cliffside apartments since
August 2004. It's been a pleasure and I plan to
continue living here as long as I stay in this
area. Prices are great, whether for small rooms or
big rooms, and may I add...Heat, Hot Water, and
Electricity is FREE! And because the location is
in Sunderland you'll be surrounded by GEORGEOUS
mountains and a peaceful neighborhood.

For some time we've tried to view an apartment and
speak with management about the complex. Each time
they have been rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't bother
filling out an application if you're in the
market.

I've lived here for a year. The apartment feels
great at first, but that quickly changes. The
parking lot floods with just a drizzle. If it
rains for a few hours, you will be lucky if you
can get your car out, that is if you can find a
place to park your car. Management in general is
awful, they are rude and unpleasant. They
constantly loose checks and then give you notices
of eviction. In the time I have been here, this
has happened five times. The apartment itself was
dirty and broken down. Th

I really enjoyed living here. A friend and I
rented a furnished apartment for the summer and
found the staff at Sugarloaf super responsive and
always very pleasant and professional. For
example, our dryer was making a squeaking noise. I
called about it and they sent someone right over.
When he was unable to fix the problem, they
supplied us with a new washer/dryer combo THAT
DAY!! I was very impressed. We loved the pool and
the new fitness room which were both kept clean.
