Village park is a safe, friendly place to be a
single mom and raise your children. The office
staff is supportive and knowledgeable and the
maintnance staff is friendly and professional.

For some time we've tried to view an apartment and
speak with management about the complex. Each time
they have been rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't bother
filling out an application if you're in the
market.

I've lived here for a year. The apartment feels
great at first, but that quickly changes. The
parking lot floods with just a drizzle. If it
rains for a few hours, you will be lucky if you
can get your car out, that is if you can find a
place to park your car. Management in general is
awful, they are rude and unpleasant. They
constantly loose checks and then give you notices
of eviction. In the time I have been here, this
has happened five times. The apartment itself was
dirty and broken down. Th

This place is a complete dump. You do NOT want to

For a person of low to average income, this is a
fantastic place to call home. They provide
well-maintained studios, 1 and 2 bedroom
apartments with great kitchen appliances, new
carpeting and well-furnished bathrooms with modern
tub/shower enclosures. In the backyards are picnic
tables, grilles, and playsets for the kids.
Laundry facilities are onsite and cheaper than
public laundromats (about $3.10 for one wash and
dry). It's conveniently located on Route 32 (less
than 15 minutes from the Palm
