Our room was clean and kept up. The motel is an older one but has been well kept and the parking lot and surroundings were clean. The rooms are soundproof as we found out. Our room overlooked the pool and there were young people playing and yelling at 2 AM and we couldn't hear anything. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The Mountaineers have it all. Located less than six feet from a METH CLINIC. Countless bums constantly hanging around the back of the building near dumpsters. Carpets soiled from years and years of caked in dirt and God knows what else. Hallways smell very unpleasant. Laundry facilities are disgusting.
