its alright for an income based apartment, but it
could be so much better. i still have things in my
apartment that hasn't been fixed... i would
recommend this place if you are a student with a
child, other than that, find something else

It is the oldest of the Crowne complexes around
Wake so it is the cheapest. It is my favorite one
though and is closest to campus. It is small and
easy and the apartments are very nice and simple.
It has a pool and tennis courts and there is
usually a get together of dogs and their owners
daily on the nature trail. The small gym is nice
and the atmosphere is very casual. We tend to be
very loud and so do our neighbors, but the
apartments are amazing at insulating the noise so
no one is bothered.

I just moved here from philly. These are nice
apartments with a community feel. Plenty of events
they promote so you can mingling with your
neighbors. The roof top pool is small but relaxing
for a nice dip. 90% of the tenants own dogs. It's
quite strange but the place is clean none the
less. Make sure not to pick an apartment in the
'09's (209, 309, 409,.....) The trash shoot is
loud and annoying especially in the morning if
somone decides to throw their trash out at 6 or 7
am and you're trying
