Do not make the mistake of needing anything at this hotel once they have your money the service stops! The morning desk clerk even had my reservations wrong and made no attempt to correct the problem.. Decent hotel lost on its employees.

The service was good, and the room was standard. The lobby and halls are pretty nasty. The wireless internet connection costs extra and it's horribly slow, with connectivity problems. I have been a guest many times over the past 35 years and as always I was not disappointed. The front desk staff and housekeepping went above and beyond to get us into our room within an hour of our arrival, which was about three hours ahead of check-in and when we had trouble with the computer they were more helpful than I expected. The rooms were very comfortable and very well equiped for all that we needed.
