Amherst, New York Teléfono: (716) 688-0811 This is my third time staying at this hotel, I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they had off days the other 2 times. the first 2 times were Very displeasing. It does look rather nice from the outside but step inside and it is old dark dusty and moldy. There are ants on the carpet. The bathroom fan makes terrible sounds all night as though the ceilings going to collapse. The housekeeping staff walked into my room 3 times just upon arrival and checking in at around 4pm. As a business person I love the in room wireless internet and since i am a choice privileges member i can send my faxes for free..i also like the Resturant nights on tuesdays and wednesdays resturants actually bring in food and it is free...great when i am trying to get work done
